Service Agreement

By submitting a device to iPad Rehab for repair, you agree to these terms. You confirm you are the owner of the device or have authorization from the owner to submit it for repair.

No Fix, No Fee Policy

If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for labor. Return shipping fees may apply. We will contact you before returning an unrepaired device.

Repair Warranty

All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labor from the date of return. This warranty does not cover new physical damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

Data Responsibility

iPad Rehab is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up your device before shipping. For data recovery services, outcomes depend on the extent of device damage.

Shipping Liability

iPad Rehab is not responsible for damage that occurs during inbound shipping. We recommend using a carrier with insurance and tracking. All outbound returns are shipped with tracking.
