How to send us your device and what to expect.
How to Ship Your Device
Pack your device in a padded envelope or small box with bubble wrap or foam. Include your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of the issue on a piece of paper inside the box. Ship to our lab address provided after submitting your intake form.
Recommended Carriers
We recommend USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Always use a service with tracking and consider adding insurance for devices valued over $100. Keep your tracking number until your device is returned.
Return Shipping
We ship all repaired devices back via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included at no extra charge. Expedited return shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
Inbound Damage
iPad Rehab is not responsible for damage that occurs during inbound shipping. If your device arrives with shipping damage beyond what was described, we will photograph and document it and notify you immediately.
International Shipping
At this time we only accept devices shipped from within the United States. We do not accept international shipments.
